Everyone at Abri is expected to declare any relevant interests
All colleagues have to declare any personal interests when they join team Abri. And it doesn’t matter what team they’re in. Or how high up they are. If interests change in the future, they’ll be updated.
Everybody at Board and Committee meetings also have to declare any interests relevant to the topic being talked about.
We publish all relevant registers of interests
We publish the registers of interests for the:
- Board
- Committee members
- Executive team
- Company secretary
