Background

We’re delivering 67 new homes in partnership with Vistry at Boorley Gateway near Botley, which will feature a mixture of one and two-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom houses. The development has received grant funding from Homes England to help make all the homes affordable, which will include 36 homes for social rent and 31 for sale through shared ownership. In addition, the development will have space for a convenience store and a multipurpose centre to help support the local community.
