That’s why we work with the community. When people living in an area take a leading role, great things can happen.

By promoting a community led approach.
You can’t question what you don’t know. If people don’t know that they’ve got a say in decisions, they won’t speak out. So we’re shouting from the rooftops. We want local people to be involved in decision making.
We’re giving resources and funding to self-sufficient projects.
Teach a man to fish… Unsustainable projects mean few people can get involved. When something’s sustainable, every can benefit. Always.
By creating a skills development programme
This will help the leaders of the future. It will equip them with the right skills to make change.
By tackling inequalities and stigma
Inequality stops people from reaching their potential. It places barriers in people’s way that shouldn’t be there. We believe everyone can reach their goals with the right support.
We’re working to improve social mobility. Because it’s the right thing to do. It’s the only thing to do.
