Registering with our Procurement Portal
Our procurement portal is called In-Tend. Through it, you can:
- See all advertised quotation and tender opportunities in your specialism (you won’t be able to see some low-value, closed or framework-based projects)
- Take part in bidding
- Benefit from document distribution and return, award process, email management and traceability
- Keep certification up to date (if you’re an ACCL member)
You can only access this though if you’re registered on the portal.

Registering for the first time?
Before you do, please:
- Read through all documents on the portal. We make sure we keep them (and these web pages up to date). Always trust this info over the portal’s welcome screen.
- Choose a primary email address. And make sure you check it regularly!
- Remember to update contact details if they change.
- Make sure you’ve selected all classification codes relevant to you. This will make sure you’re really visible.
- Don’t upload any certificates or documents that we haven’t asked to see.
- Contact us if you lose your password or get locked out your account. In-Tend’s staff can’t help you with this.
- Remember that registering with us doesn’t mean you’re automatically approved. It also doesn’t mean you’ll definitely get work with us.
Don’t worry if you come across ‘R-Buy’ in some older documents
