We know how we’d feel if we had our independence taken away. That’s why we’ve designed our independent living properties to help people keep their independence. But we’ve also got lots of additional support available if it’s needed.
We’ve got places across the south.
And all have the same goal. To provide safety, security, companionship and community.
You’ll normally find our homes available for rent.
But sometimes you’ll find one for sale too.
Our Independent Living Officers manage our properties
They keep everything ship shape. They also provide a housing support service. Although don’t get this confused with nursing care. They don’t provide that, but don’t worry. The team will support you in getting get nursing services if needed.
Lots of our schemes also have communal facilities
These might include:

- Kitchen
- Laundry
If you want to live as independently as possible, in a small and easy to manage home, then our properties may appeal to you.
We’ve got loads of properties, each fitted with a 24/7 alarm monitoring system, giving you peace of mind. Different levels of support are also available. They range from alarm only properties to extra care properties. Our teams offer a housing management service and also provide a support service in many schemes.
What's Extra Care?
This is our highest level of support. We’ve got a highly skilled team who make themselves available 24/7. They give a personalised, assessment based package.
Residents can also access:

- A meal service
- Responsive alarm for emergencies
- Help from our tenancy support team if needed.
